What Causes Severe Fatigue And Nausea Along With Breast Tenderness?

I have had a consistently rising white cell count for about 9 months. I m often fatigued, nauseous, and my glass feel frequently swollen. I recently (in the last 3 days) begun having severe breast tenderness. I had a complete hysterectomy over 10 year ago, so it s nothing menstrual or prenatal. I recently had a endoscopy & colonoscopy and my pancreas, gall bladder, etc. are all fine. I just have gastritis, which does not explain my rising white cell count. I would appreciate any feedback please.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Kindly meet a hematologist. get your blood complete blood picture and peripheral smear and meet the haematologist.

He needs to check which typeof the WBC cells are raised and based on that he will suggest further evaluation and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nataraj Naidu R, General Surgeon
