What Causes Severe Fatigue And Panic Attacks After Taking Paxil?
hello, mother in law has started on 10 mg paxil for 2 weeks and been extremely fatigued. She was having panic attacks resulting in shortness of breath. Those seem better but she is falling asleep throughout the day, almost like narcolepsy, but sleeping 8 hours at night. Hang in there, or is this a common side effect? She is 88.

on whose recomandation she is taking paxil. youhave to consult treating doctor.she is88 and prescription of paxil is not under stood. it is prescribed to treat depression. so side effect are normal. there will be sleep. shewill be drowsy and sleepy even in day time.
