What Causes Severe Fatigue And Persistent Cough?

My girlfriend won t see doctors but I m worried about her so thought I would try asking here. So existing things she deals with daily: She s gluten and dairy intolerant and she is stressed often. she is careful about what she eats generally. She is very health conscious but lately has been eating a little less healthy due to life schedules which means taking in a little more dairy than she would normally. She deals with severe fatigue. she is always tired by mid day and needs a long nap to function. that has been going on for quite a while. lately she has gotten this cough that is very persistent and there is a little bit of raspiness that comes and goes in her deep breathes. She has never dealt with anything like this. The cough is worrisome but the fatigue is what makes me worried.
