What Causes Severe Fatigue, Dizziness, Muscle Pain And Weight Loss?

I have multiple symptoms. Back in February I was hospitalized for low sodium. Now I have a lot of same symptoms but at least I can still form sentences. I could not back then. I am tired, weak, get dizzy standing and sitting, hurts to walk, muscles ache, lost about 10 pounds. This has been going on for weeks. Ever since I was in Miami working outside all day and believe I suffered sun stroke. thanks for any ideas. XXXX

Hi,

Noted your history of multiple symptoms of weakness, fatigue, dizziness, painful walking, muscle aches and so on, old history of low sodium, sun stroke while working in Miami working outside all day.
Surely yes, sun stroke and many other diseases can have similar symptoms.
Hence I would like to advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult a Doctor as soon as possible for a proper clinical evaluation, examination and investigations to know the cause.
Also ask for Vitamin D, thyroid functions in particular as the deficiency of these can cause similar symptoms.
You also need resuscitation from the symptoms by appropriate immediate management.
Once a proper cause is found it will be possible to have a a specific management and take care to avoid such symptoms in future.
Take plenty of oral fluids.
Electrolyte solution.,
Avoid sun for now.
