Hi,I am Dr. Andrew Rynne (Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hey, I'm 59. don't look or feel it. but recently (last several months) I get very tired during day and feel need to take naps... sometimes up to 1 and 1/2 hrs. Then tired and sleepy again by 9 p.m.... usually resist and the feeling goes away. Normally sleep about 8 hrs per night.... and though tired, often have to take a sleeping pill to fall asleep. Have been taking lipitor and zolof for several years. other than getting swept away with this sudden fatigue, I'm in very good health. I think it's a lack of regular exercise... but don't know.
Hi, It seems that due to lack of some nutrients and multivitamin supplements you might be having this problem. Rule out diabetes. Take calcium and multivitamin supplements. Go for light physical exercises like walking, swimming. Ok and take care.
