What Causes Severe Fatigue Followed By Nausea And Body Ache?
Got very tired all of the sudden this afternoon around 2:30.... went to lie down with soon to be nausea and achy body. Finally vomited an hour ago and getting nauseas again. Anything I can take for nausea? Am 65 years old and normal weight and in good physical condition. YYYY@YYYY

Cause for nausea should be ruled out to do further treatment.
It might be viral gastroenteritis.
For nausea Domperidone tablet can be prescribed .
If nausea persists then further work up will be required in the form of USG abdomen, CBC and serum SGPT and a Serum SGOT investigation as well.
