What Causes Severe Fatigue, Muscle Weakness, Hot Flashes And Sweating?
I have had severe fatigue with muscle weakness over 5 months. No answers and most tests negative. I am 60 and still have hot flashes and sweats but don t think that is related. The only positive tests have been a slight elevated Double strand dna at 33 and borderline ana. My CBC is normal except MCV very slightly increased. Fatigue and weakness worse in the am and better towards evening. My A1c is 5.8 and recent fasting BS is between 125 to 140. Any suggestions .
