What Causes Severe Fatigue, Sleep Deprivation And Depression?

Hello I have been having really bad fatigue. I have sleep deprivation and depression and high blood pressure. I have not been able to use cpap since I got it 3 years ago. I have tried many times many masks. Everyone makes me get ear infections because I had many ear drums that popped when younger so scar tissue and weak ear drums I and sinus cause this. I have never had heartburn in my life. The last month I have had maybe 20 times. I take many medications and weigh 300 plus
