What Causes Severe Fatigue, Weak Muscles, Joints, Sore Throat And Sinus Infection?

Hi doctors, I am experiencing extreme tiredness and weary muscles and joints. I have had a sore throat for almost a week, and currently have a sinus infection, and fluid on my ears. I am also experiencing night sweats. I am so tired I cannot drive without nearly falling asleep, all day I sleep, and its worrying my mother. Is there any chance I have mono too?

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related të a sinus infection.

I recommend to start a cycle of antibiotics such as Augmentin.

I also suggest to use a saline nasal spray.

I recommend to drink liquid and rest.
