What Causes Severe Fatigue While Having Costochondritis?

I have à bad pain in my right shoulder blade and under right breast, tender when touched, docs tell me its costochondritis, i also feel very tired and sometimes nauseous. I have crohns disease but it is controlled at the moment. Pain keeps me awake during night, ive had this for well over a year now, what can be done to help me
