What Causes Severe Fatigue While Recovering From A Brain Injury?

Hi my Mom is recovering from a brain injury. I recently complained that the nursing home was over medicating her. She has been lathargic, and unresponsive, when she is usually full of energy. Very full of energy, calls me 60 times a day down to 0 calls. They did add in seroquill to her methodone, and also colanapin. i have voiced my concerns. Today I found out they brought her to the ER, and are holding her there for being unresponsive. They are trying to tell me that it is because she has a UTI. Do you think this could be?

if she is actually suffering from UTI then fatigue and weakness may be there.. but she may need multivitamin supplementation and proper diet to overcome weakness.... serum electrolytes is a must needful investigation for her
