What Causes Severe Fatigue While Suffering From Hypothyroidism?

I am 53 and female, I went almost 1 year without a menstrual period and then just had one last week. I have PVC, Hypothyroidism and anxiety of which I take medications for. The last 3 years I have experienced severe fatigue as well and often am told my skin looks gray or pale and its so bad I have a hard time doing everything. My dr does tests and doesn t know why I am so tired, what can you suggest?

Hypothyroidism is a well known cause of fatigue and low energy level Please maintain TSH level in mid range of reference given in lab report .
