What Causes Severe Fatigue While Suffering From Uterine Fibroids?
I had a total hysterectomy end of January when the fibroids were found to contain leiomyosarcoma, I now have scans every three months. My problem is almost total loss of energy. I have had iron tablets and last blood count was okay. I am afraid to take any supplement in case it can cause the cancer to spread. I have poor sleep due to so many night sweats and as I am 70 (I was previously on HRT) I cannot take HRT any longer. I am finding this difficult and depressing

it may be due to post menopause syndrome...take multivitamins along with iron supplements......................
