What Causes Severe Foot Pain After Suffering From Viral Fever?

I am 47 years old who suffered viral fever one month ago for which I had taken treatment.Now I have severe pain in both the foots.I am not able to walk and manage my activities because of this acute pain.I got NCA test done for nerves which showed no damages.please suggest me the right treatment..
