The central bone from the knee to the foot left leg gives me pain constantly. I am on Osteophos 35 from October for treatment of Osteoporosis. What can I do get rid of the pain? Also is Dr. Rana available for personal consultation in Gurgaon. I am his old patient. Thank you From suguna Bandhakavi

Hi,

Sorry to hear of your pain. Osteoporosis it self does not cause pain , specially localised pain is very unlikely to be because of osteoporosis. So we need to know the cause.

While you can take some painkiller like Paracetamol or Ibuprofen for the pain, but I would suggest to see your doctor and get an X-ray done to know the cause of the pain .once cause is known it can be managed accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
