What Causes Severe Gastritis Along With Fatigue?

Hello doctor my mother is feeling very weak since 6months+ her age is 47...please can u suggest a medicine that she can take. She doesn t like anything. She have a lot of gastro problems... Please kindly suggest medicine or tonic for my mother..its a request... Thank you.

As per your history is concerned she can take 3A PAN 40 if severe gastric irritation occurred.And can maintain 20 mg once a day upto 5 week.Drink enough water,avoid tea,coffee,spice foods,drink cold milk.(Thanks)
