What Causes Severe Gastritis Along With Nausea And Abdominal Pain?

my doctor has told me i have Gastritis and that my stomach produces to much acid. I m always nausated and in pain and anything I eat is does not set right. I cant stand always feeling this way. The only thing that might aleve the nause is a Zantac 150. Any suggestions?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read the description and understand your concern.
What problem you would be having is acute gastritis causing nausea and abdominal pain.
Kindly take syrup containing anaesthetic-antacid medications such as Mucaine Gel thrice daily and Tablet. Pantoprazole with Domperidone combination once a day before food for 10 days.
Do not eat any food which is spicy and oily. Strictly avoid pain killer medications. Take soft diet and consume more of liquids. Eat small meals at frequent intervals and do not starve for a long time.
Gradually, your symptoms should subside and should be back to normal.
