What Causes Severe Gastritis And Weight Gain?

I have 20+# s of weight gain in the last 2 months severe gas (Very foul smelling) and water retention to the point of edema in my legs if I stand for more than 6 hours I am 55 YOF in good health don t smoke or drink eat healthy and exercise but this is really beginning to affect me and I have no Insurance. no heart, thyroid, blood sugar or any other health issues. I am concerned because there have been reports of worms in our community water well and other people having worms.

Chronic gastritis. Bacteria, consuming too much alcohol, certain medications, chronic stress, or other immune system problems can lead to inflammation. When inflammation occurs, your stomach lining changes and loses some of its protective cells. It may also cause early satiety.
