What Causes Severe Hair Loss, Pain In Limbs And Fatigue While On Thyrox?

sir i am a married female of age 32 and had a thyroid level of around 9.98 and after taking thyrox-50 my level has decreased to about 4.89 and i am still continuing with the same medicine since one year.but the problem is that i am suffering from a severe hair fall and pain in my limbs and fatigue,kindly suggest and i have not conceived yet.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The TSH range is above the normal still . The fact that this is still higher than the normal range would explain why you are still having symptoms such as hair loss, fatigue and difficulty conceiving.

Your doctor may need to further adjust your medication if at least 6 weeks have passed since your last dose increase.
