What Causes Severe Hair Loss While On Weight Loss Procedure?

Hello dr I have suffering massive hair loss for last 3-4 months. I have gone through weight loss procedure but from the starting of the process did not find any hair loss. I visited Dermatologist Proanagen tablet twice daily. But did not work at all. Will you please suggest any medicine. I have thyroid and use to take eltroxin tablet 100mg daily from 2007 but did not have hair loss for this and also I m a PCO but did not face any hair loss due to this.

Hello,

Diarrhea in cancer patients can be due to infection as there is decreased immunity and also because of antibiotic usage. Currently, the medicines she has been prescribed by the doctor are supposed to work well on the diarrhea problem.

As the diarrhea issue is still there, I would suggest you visit her treating doctor regarding this as he might advise some blood tests or stool examination to know the exact cause behind diarrhea so that it can be treated efficiently and soon.
