What Causes Severe Hands And Fingers Cramps In The Elderly?
I have severe body cramps in my hands and fingers. I am 88 yrs old and in health except fo2gmailr the cramps. I thought it was always a lack of Potassium but even that is requiring too many pills but I am not drinking enough water and I will start that immediately. Any other thoughts?
