What Causes Severe Headache Along With Body Chills And Dizziness?
My husband has been sick the last 2 days and started out with bad headache and chills,which our son had same flu last week. My husband however gets lightheaded and dizzy when he gets up, he went down 3 times now in feeling he will pass out,this morning was the worse he felt he was passing out and called me to come, i told him to lean over the counter and he just looked at me with this lost look,i was frightened,he is running a fever again,what is your advice?

* The headache and body chill with dizziness are due to underlying high-grade fever with possible dehydration.
* Maintain hydration with plenty of liquids, give anti pyretic tablet Paracetamol for fever and consult your PCP for further assistance.
