What Causes Severe Headache Along With Dizziness And Nausea?

my 26 year old daughter came home from work (we live in Vancouver...there are air quality warnings from the forest fires) pounding headache...dripping nose (clear mucus...she was not aware of dripping) very dizzy and complaining of nausea. took a tylenol...laid down...says head pounding and everything hurts...cant sleep. she ate well all day and had plenty of water....any suggestions?

She might have had allergic sinusitis due to inhaling dust and soot. It's nothing serious. Inhale steam/steam sauna thrice daily for three days and instill Saline nasal drops every four hours, 2 drops in each nostril. If the pain is severe, take paracetamol 500mg after food. And for the allergy any antihistamine tab before sleep for a week. Tell her to cover her nose and mouth when going out.
