Hello, Doctor: I have a missionary friend in the country of Panama who thinks he has contacted E. coli.He handled some fece contaminated clothing.He said he has all the symptoms but the bloody stools. He asked me to contact you. He is in the town of Boquete. He started out with stomach pain and now has pain all over his body. He is 63 years old. Lower back pain, splitting headache,fever, no chills, sore throat, nausea, no dysentery, bloodshot eyes, Thank you so much! Concerned friend

Ask him to consult doctor to investigation of blood CBC ,stool, if investigation is not possible ask him to take medicine like paracetamol for fever, ondenstron for vomiting and antibiotics like ciprofloxacin for possible bacterial infection.
