What Causes Severe Headache Along With Nausea?

I have had a very bad headache for 3 days now. This started on Sunday. I was very weak on day 1, slept most of the day. Day 2 headache has been coming and going all day and felt nausea. Now day 3 woke up with a slight headache which has now come back full force, with my eyes hurting plus now all day I have had Diarrhea. What is wrong with me.

kindly let me know at which part of your head you feel pain, and is their any triggering factors from these followings like sonlight,any cheesy diet, coffee, chocolate or not ?
