Hello! Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

After seeing your complaints, I can understand your concerns. Presently, your suffering from migraine headache. Migraine headaches typically occurs one-sided; mostly throbbing type of pain, associated with nausea/vomiting, unable to see light. So, I recommend you to consult a physician. If I were your treating physician, I would prescribe tab Amitriptyline as prophylaxis. This should be used continuously for 1-2 months. During the attack, start with tablet Naproxen sodium 500mg. If it's not responding, use tablet headset to stop the attack. Mostly, migraine headaches are due to stress. So, avoid stressful situations. I also recommend you to practice lifestyle modifications like regular physical activity, healthy diet plan, practicing relaxation techniques like mindfulness and meditation.

Hope that clarifies your concerns. Thank you for the query.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagawan Rajana, Psychiatrist
