What Causes Severe Headache And Fever In A Child?

My daughter is 5yrs 4 months old, since yesterday evening she is complaining headache, initially I thought it could be because of her eyesight problem, but then I gave her ibugesic plus 6ml in the evening Coz I observed mild fever too , after that she slept, she woke up 5:30am,since then again complaining headache and has fever 99.4,she did vomit also twice, since dengue scare is there and her symptoms are of dengue, I am quite worried Coz in gave her ibugesic plus. Which other medicines should I give her too subside fever, I have crocin DS at home, until I take her too doc. Please advice

Hello,

I think he is having a viral infection also dengue and Lyme. You can give her ibuprofen and acetaminophen alternating every 4-6 hours. Then you can see a doctor for examinations.
