What Causes Severe Headache And Frequent Urination?
I have several symptoms that I m concerned about: 1) severe headache between my eyes and front of my forehead; 2) very thirsty all the time, which leads to urination frequently; and 3) my tongue is white and I have a metallic taste all the time. What are your thoughts?
I think that you should get evaluated for Diabetes Mellitus. This is because you have thirst and urination which is a common symptom of diabetes. It is possible that you have a high sugar level which is causing the issue of headache in you.
Having diabetes also causes problems like infection. There will cause the headache and the metallic taste which happens because of vitamin deficiency. I recommend that you see a Doctor and get a fasting glucose level done and then you also get checked with a post-meal glucose level if that is normal.
Checking the HBA1c level will also help you get to the cause. If you have diabetes, you can start with losing weight and then aim to exercise to control the sugar level. Later, start on medication if needed. See a Doctor as soon as possible. All the best.
Hope this helps you
