Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
From your description, considering that your symptoms start immediately after you took the first pill, I can deduct that you may have an allergic reaction from Ciprofloxacin. Blood in the vomit is a serious symptoms that should be taken in consideration and for this reason my advice is to immediately consult your doctor or to go to ER because it can be a sign of a dangerous condition. That must be diagnosed and treated without delay.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Elona Xhardo
