What Causes Severe Headache And Nausea?

I have a massive headache on left side of head with my left eye hurting. When I try to sit up the room starts spinning really fast. I'm having nausea too. My body feels weird. In between numb and tingly last night I had a really weird headache that my body went numb for a few mins. I suffer from migraines but this one is different.

Hi, spinning of room is a objective giddiness and u have also severe headache,with nausea and you are also a patient of migraine as stated by you.This all are the symptoms of migraine itself. So u need to see your physician again.Take proper treatment with avoiding triggering factors of migraine.
