What Causes Severe Headache And Pain In The Arms?

6 year old male was running around and playing with brothers. Suddenly holds head and seem to have severe headache. Complained earlier this morning of arms aching and they improved. Took 2 hour nap this morning. Gave tylenol for pain this evening. Says he feels better now. Difficulty going to sleep now after napping during the day

The toddlers usually have a fast growing age just pre school and school age.
Their diet should be enriched with much of nutients and calcium,the problem is again it is hard to feed them some times.The common myalgia ,joint pain is mainly due to the growing bones and exercise.Take care of diet,fluids and rest.thats all.
however for prolonged symptoms we need to investigate.
