I have not yet found blood in either my urine or stool so I don t know if it s a infection.and I also get big headaches when I get up from bed and the couch
As per your query, you have symptoms of severe headache and vomiting after eating which seems to be due to food poisoning, infection of the digestive system and could be stomach flu or colic.
Need not to worry. You should take oral rehydration solution along with sips of water or other clear fluids on a very frequent basis. You should avoid solid foods for a few hours try small amounts of mild foods such as rice, applesauce and do not take foods or drinks caffeine, carbonated beverages, citrus and dairy products. If the condition doesn't get better then consult a gastroenterologist for proper examination and get a complete examination done. The doctor may prescribe the antiemetic drug, antibiotics along with antacids. Take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
