Hi,

Based on your description, it sounds like you may have a concussion or other head injury. Severe headache and vomiting are common symptoms of a concussion, as well as dizziness and difficulty focusing. It's important to seek medical attention right away, especially if you have ongoing symptoms or they are getting worse. Delaying medical care can lead to serious complications, and it's better to err on the side of caution.

A healthcare professional will be able to assess the extent of your injury and determine the appropriate course of treatment. In some cases, further testing such as a CT scan or MRI may be necessary to rule out more serious conditions such as a brain bleed or skull fracture.

It's important to rest and avoid any activities that could worsen your symptoms, such as physical activity or screen time. Your doctor may also recommend medication to manage your pain and nausea. With proper care and rest, most people recover from a concussion within a few weeks.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
