What Causes Severe Headache And Weakness While On Nitrofurantoin?
I ve been taking nitrofurantoin for severe uti. Over past week I have dreadful flu like symptoms, severe headaches, muscle ache, weakness etc. I still have some uti symptoms tho not as bad. Dr wants to keep me on the nitrofurantoin for another week but it is making me feel so ill. Is there an alternative? I had similar symptoms when taking co amoxicillin after a bone graft.
