Every morning i wake up with a headache in the back of my head. When i feel the points where the headache is on my head they are tender to the touch. I also have neck pain on the left side. I also have what seems to be painful lymph nodes behind the ear and on the sides of my neck. Sometimes swolling feels wierd. Im also tired all of the time and sometimes get dizzy when laying down.
