What Causes Severe Headache, Cold And Cough?

I m 14 since I ve been round my friends which was two days ago I ve been having a headache which rearly hurts and when I move my eyes up and to the side and I ve been feeling rearly tired also I have a cough and cold and my legs have been rearly achening also I ve been burning up alot
