What Causes Severe Headache, Cough And Dizziness?
My husband is 62 is mildly active and in the past few weeks has had severe headaches, he thought he had the beginning of shingles on his left side but tonight I noticed a pimple like area under his armpit that had a white head on it. I could barely touch it, it was so sensitive- he also said that even the water from the shower is painful on his back. He has a mild cough and some dizziness, he ran an errand after work and said he could hardly stand the air conditioning in the store that he went into.

Hello Dear. Your husband is having folliculitis in the arm pit. Apart from that he might be having upper respiratory tract infection and probably sinusitis. Ask him to consult a doctor. The doctor may prescribe antibiotic like Tab Amoxclav three times a day for 5 days and Tab Dolo-650 for headache. Neomycin ointment for local application in armpit. May also give some cough syrup like brozedex or ambrodyl or alkoff. Ask your husband to do salt water gargling in warm water.
