What Causes Severe Headache When Bending Down?
I recently have been getting shooting headaches when I bend over and come back up straight also lately I have been getting sleepy during the day past 4PM and sometimes catch myself falling asleep for a few seconds. I sleep ok at night bit not lately. I also have high BP and Hypertension

this is features of sinusitis, an infection of sinuses naturally present in fascial and head bones, mostly viral, resolve with in 3 to 7 days, if still present for more than 10 days, than need 5 days of antibiotic, but before taking antibiotic you should try inhaling moist vapors, not too heated, and irrigated your nares with normal saline water . thank you
