What Causes Severe Headache While Achieving An Orgasm?
Uh not to sure how to ask this or talk about it but everytime i am engaged in sexual activity and hit orgasm it feels like a knife is being stabbed in the back of my head over and over again this has been happening for 3 or so days. I can only explain it as the worse headache I ve ever had. And Ive been looking up things that it could be a symptom for and I am scaring my self because i am seeing brain tumor to internal blood loss. I dont have a doctor right now or medical insurance so I m scared...

don't worry too much it is migraine attack or sentinel headache
Both are treated the same way
You should take Triptans before act each time but don't take more then 7-8 tablets a month
