What Causes Severe Headache While Sleeping?

I get a mirgrain headache when I am sleeping. Usually starts at around 3:00 or 4:00 am my email address is theresecurryatt.net Did not realize I have to pay for an answer. I will wait until I can go see my doctor. I am out of town until Apri and didn t want to wait that long but I guess that is what I will have to do. I really want to pay for an answer that I may not even get a decent answer back. Thanks anyways

Hi,

Oversleeping more than 8 hours is one of the important cause for a migraine. You need to check out your sleeping schedule, how much you sleep and also make sure you are not anemic and you don't have any sort of deranged blood glucose levels.

There are many causes of a migraine and you need to single out one. Mostly the causes are related to food, sound and light other than sleeping schedule which looks in your case.
