What Causes Severe Headache With Pulse In Brain?
Hi,
I am having a terrible headache ( since yesterday) and can feel a pulse in my right side of the brain ( mostly anterior temporalish area)
Could this be a sign of something serious?
I took Aleve ( which usually helps my regular headaches) but no good.

What you are describing seems like a Migraine or Right Sided Sinusitis.
You can take the homeopathic remedy BELLADONNA 200 thrice a day for 3 days. Till your headache subsides, do not expose your eyes to bright lights or subject your ears to loud sounds because they will increase your headache.
