This may be more so in view of the cough and cold that you have mentioned that he may be having. The bodyache and myalgia and the generalized feeling of tiredness can also be explained by the same. As for the urine, I dont think that is related to the headache. I think the possibility is more likely that he is not having enough fluid due to his affliction. I will suggest therefore that you monitor the fluid intake he has. I will suggest the following tests- x ray PNS waters view urine routine and culture complete blood count I hope this helps you.
