What Causes Severe Headache,diarrhea And Vomiting?
Hello Doctor,Last night my mother had severe headache , loose motion and she vomited once , and the head ache was gone after that .... Y does this happen ... We returned from Australia day b4 evening ... Yestaerday morning she was busy cleaning and had fish for lunch and dinner

I can understand your concern.
She may have suffered from either dyspepsia and acidity or an infection.
If she is all right now then chances of acid peptic dyspepsia is more, if not then may be an infection.
Domperidone and Pantoprazole empty stomach will work.
for head ache , paracetamol is good enough.
Plenty of oral fluids.
