What Causes Severe Headaches After Injury To The Head?

I recently took a spill down about 3 steps, i mainly hit on my rear and my side. It happened so fast I m not exactly sure, but that was where most of my pain was. Since then I have had a headache daily and at times it feels as though I m being hit in the back of the head, just about the neck area, with a brick. I m definitely making a dr. appointment, but i wonder if I should maybe go to the ER?

Hi sir/ madam, I would like to get some information regarding since how long it happened after u got hit? is there any loss of consciousness, vomitings, bleed from nose and ears, or any seizures following hit?....It would certainly no need to worry if you have not experienced above symptoms...But as you had headache...I would like to advise you to go to ER for check up and get CT done to rule out any significant finding.....It's better that you can go to ER to get CT done
