What Causes Severe Headaches Along With Blurred Vision And Light Headedness?
At the nape of my neck I have what feels like a swollen vertebrae, and also a smaller one slightly farther down to the left. It feels as if my neck is severely misaligned, however I don t think this is the case. I have been have severe headaches on the left side of my head and also blurry vision & light headedness especially during exercise. I was originally given a muscle relaxer for possible tension headaches, but this was before discovering the lump.

Your age and sex would have helped and so I recommend a check on your cervical spine using a physical examination and either an xray or an MRI spine. Once the diagnosis is established we can go ahead with management accordingly, but for now you really need to visit a doctor.
