Hi,

Based on your symptoms, you may be experiencing sinus headaches. Sinus headaches are caused by inflammation or infection of the sinuses, which are the hollow spaces in your skull that produce mucus. The pressure and pain associated with these headaches can be felt in your forehead, eyes, and cheeks. The dripping sensation you feel in the back of your throat may be a postnasal drip, which occurs when mucus from the sinuses drains down the back of your throat.

Working in a dusty environment can worsen your sinus symptoms by irritating your nasal passages and sinuses. Additionally, having a liquid breakfast may not provide the necessary nutrients and hydration to keep your sinuses healthy.

To manage your symptoms, you can try the following:
* Use a saline nasal spray or rinse to help clear out your sinuses and reduce inflammation.
* Take pain relievers, such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen, as needed to alleviate headache pain.
* Drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated and thin out mucus.
* Avoid irritants such as cigarette smoke, dust, and strong perfumes.

Consider seeing an allergist or an ENT doctor to evaluate if there may be an underlying allergy or other condition contributing to your symptoms. If your symptoms persist or worsen, it is important to see a doctor for further evaluation and treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
