What Causes Severe Headaches Along With Nose Bleeds And Vomiting?

Today, I woke up and felt extremely light headed and dizzy, I got a random nosebleed, and I never get nosebleeds, there was a lot of blood. I ve had a piercing headache all day long, and I ve felt nausea. And after dinner I vomitted everything. What can this be?

It seems that there might be having sudden rise of your blood pressure giving rise bleeding from nose and severe headache,
Consult your doctor and get your blood pressure checked.
