What Causes Severe Headaches Along With Stomach Upset And Diarrhea?

Yes, I have a sinus infection and I am suppost to go camping this weekend. I am sleeping in no tent for 2 nights with dry climates. Lastly I have a very bad headache with upset stomach and diarrhea. Finally we will be doing concrete and rock work for 8 hrs on Saturday. What should i do

Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, it is likely to be infective in origin and stool and blood cultures should be done. Also, systemic infection and rickettsia also need to be ruled out with camping history. Sometimes food related contamination may also cause the same. Antibiotics like ciprofloxacin or azithromycin may be helpful for broad-spectrum coverage.
