What Causes Severe Headaches And Throbbing Pain Behind The Eyes?

Hi Doctor - I got this crazy headache while orgasming at the back of my head as if it was being clamped by something or someone and the throbbing pain moved behind my eyes and continued for about 2 hrs or so. is this normal. Read about it and it is being described as a thunderclap headache. Do i need to see a physician

was it first attack , was it associated with any other symptom like vomiting or epileptic attack ,it can be a hypertensive emergency or some other cerebral pathology, get your blood pressure measured and ECG done , consult a neuro physician if possible and go for MRI, MRA , CT SCAN and if needed CSF examination, treatment will be more accurate after diagnosing the real possible cause as these type of severe headache have several pathological as well as few physiological reason.
