What Causes Severe Headaches On Right Side Of Face?

Hi, I had a severe headaches to the right side of my face yesterday, this morning the headache was still and I got a swollen face to the same side. I took 800mg for my headaches and proprananol. I wonder what is the swelling means, is it serious and does the swell in the face lasts 12 hrs or more??

I read your symptoms and understand your concern
I dont think you have reason to be worried too much
In my opinion i think you are facing sinusitis or hemicrania
The difference is been made ny head CT which evaluate sinusitis
Treatment can be started depending on the result
Propanolol wont help in sinusitis so evaluate sinusis then start treatment
Stay healthy
